 FAQs

  • Almost any project with 3D modelling can be made interactive. The reason for this is quite simple - in any project you can at least do three things:

    (1) Rotate left/right/up/down

    (2) Zoom in/out

    (3) Highlight a specific part of an object or change the object´s appearance

    This is just the start. To make an interactive 3D visualisation much more engaging we will help you come up with the other useful experiences specifically for your undertaking.

  • Each project is unique and requires a thorough understanding. To help you plan the costs, here are some key points we will consider:

    (1) How many unique large objects do we have to model?

    For example, a 7-storey house may have 4 flats on each floor, two (symmetric) business areas in the ground floor and two (symmetric) penthouse flats on the last floor. This is 7 unique objects (4 noral flats, one business area, one penthouse flat, one house).

    Depending on the other specifications the price for the described interactive 3D visualisaton will vary between €8.000 and €20.000.

    (2) How many unique interactions do you want us to implement?

    For example, you may have a very simple interaction with the basic capabilities. Or you want your users to (a) navigate in the 3D world (the so called 3D tour); (b) change materials, colors, light; (c) customly move furniture / other objects; (d) connect to the cloud to update information?

    Each of the above listed capabilities will be priced separately as a factor based on the unique 3D model count. The factors range between 1.2 and 2.0.

    (3) What is the required detail level?

    For example, modelling a house exterior an modelling a house with interior and 3D tour will require a different attention to detail. In this case we will use a pricing based on the number of small unique 3D objects, which are usually priced between €20 and €100.

    Bonus: if you do not insist on a specific furniture or other details we will reuse assets we already have with no additional costs for you!

  • 3D renders alone do not take long and are usually delivered within 6-10 working days.

    The interactive 3D solutions take between 3 and 8 weeks, depending on the number of required 3D interaction possibilities, detail level, deliverable products, etc.

  • Yes! As a one-stop shop for the 3D visualisations will be happy to deliver the 3D renders as well.

    This can be booked as an additional package at a discount or without interactivity at all, i.e. only the 3D renders.
